HOMEWORK
Homework Assignments: Home work related to the syllabus topics will be assigned here as we go thru the semester.
NOTES:
1) WORK INDEPENDENTLY on GRADED HOMEWORK. You must do your own work on the homework assignments!
2) Homework is DUE at during class at 8:30 on day indicated. NO CREDIT for late homework. Homework will be discussed and an answer key posted on day homework is due.
2) DO THE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS: The three graded homework assignments represent 60 pts, over half of a sectional exam. Some students may not average 50 pts on the exams, thus the homework (if completed and turned in on time) could represent more pts in your total than a sectional exam!!

Note for Centrifugation Homework: for pre-steady state condition - F - fv = m(dv/dt); this equation solves to v(t) = (F/f)[ 1 - exp(-ft/m)]. Use this equation to answer question #1.
